Why can't I keep up with this?

First post as a Burklow :) Starting fresh...trying to catch up is overwhelming. Wedding was perfect...should have more pictures soon.

Spent an hour this morning reading Brooke's blog. Please write a book...I will read it.

We went a long time without a toaster, because our old one shorted out. We received one as a wedding gift, & sometimes I forget we have it. Today, I remembered, & got really excited when I realized I didn't have to eat plain old PopTarts, I could put them in the toaster!!!!!! That was breakfast: Toasted PopTarts & a big glass of milk. I love milk. Hopefully that will serve me well as I age & I will not get osteoporosis.

I've been watching a lot of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Watching him laugh is enough to make me laugh. I loved him on Saturday Night Live, he was one of my favorites (tied with Will Ferrell).

It's really cold outside...I pray for the homeless people & those who can't afford heat. Also thankful to not have anywhere to go today. Will stay home, finish watching Jimmy Fallon, & continue reading The Girl Who Played with Fire. Tuesday morning I finished The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. It was fantastic, as I expect the next 2 in the trilogy will be.

Tattoo.....thinking about getting one. Have thought about it a long time. Always said I didn't want one because it would look ridiculous when I'm 80. My neighbor has several tattoos & recently told me, "If all I have to worry about when I'm 80 is how ridiculous my tattoos look, I think I'll be ok." So now I'm thinking again....
